Ioi corp is now a good laggard to buy all because of Epf selling
1. Ioi corp has 432,000 acres of palm oil while tecguan only got less than 2,000 acres of palm oil
if compare Ioi corp land size with Tecguan is like comparing Elephant to a mouse in size
While Tecguan has turned popular Ioi corp still a laggard
Ioi corp highest was Rm6.53 when Cpo was Rm4,000 only
now that Cpo is over Rm6,000 (up by 50%) ioi corp is still below Rm4,400 shows great value
Most have gone up in prices while ioi corp is relatively cheap
Epf also sold and arrested the price of Tsh at Rm1.10 until Epf disposed all and now Tsh is over Rm1.80
Same goes for Hs plant. It was due to Epf selling that Hs plant was below Rm2.00. after Epf finished disposing Hs plant it has now crossed Rm3.00
So Ioi corp with 350,000 matured acres with a Whopping 208,000 Tons of Ffb harvested this quarter will turn the corner in profits
Just accumulate while cheap and can expect at least 50% or more upside as Epf will also exhaust selling one fine day

IOI corp, can buy Call Warrant if price is a bit high, esplly C 35. KYY now prefers JTiasa.. Noticed that TaAnn, Inno, uptrend whereas SHChan have not rebounded yet and very cheap. SimePlant has many cheap Call Warrants too. Calvin really helped investors a lot. As early buyer of CPO shares , was not patient enough as CPO did not move for a long time, and thus cut loss on BPlant, TSH, Subur, SOP etc. In May, BPlant and TSH will announce their profit form land sales. Overall as Calvin says, the Nusantara, new Indon capital, will cause a very drastic re-evaluation of land price on TSH land in East Kalimantan. Keep up the good work Calvin of informing Investors. Sometimes we wonder how Tanco with very small profit and Revenue, can have Capitalization of nearly 1bil. Beware.

Hi Calvin, if the production cost is RM1600, the CPO is RM2000, then the earning is RM400. If assume the earning is RM1m. It means that each addition of RM400 per ton will increase the earning by 1m. So if the CPO now is RM6000, then minus by RM1600, the the earning is RM4400 per ton. Divided by RM400 per ton, it should be 11 times more. Then it will be RM11m this month?

how high and how good depend on these factors for each and every company:
1. if they have enough workers to harvest Ffb or they use mechanism
2. If they sell spot or do forward sale
3. Any special lands sale to unlock value
4. Other hidden factors
