I have An Investment Approach I which I would like to all.
Following Message

Dear Investors of i3 Forum,

There is a very wrong belief out there. People think Palm oil bull run is over just like Glove Bull run did.

THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG!


Why we think Palm Oil Bull Run will outlast Glove Bull run for years more


1) Glove Bull got China Factor

China now awakened could start New Glove Factories to churn out Gloves 24 hours a day 7 days a week non stop by Robots

As such there is fierce competition from China Glove Dumping


China however, cannot produce Palm oil like they produce Gloves. Because it takes 5 years to plant & make the 1st Drop of Cooking Oil

So while there is no barrier of entry for gloves there IS HUGE TIME BARRIER OF ENTRY FOR PALM OIL


Gloves are manmade while Palm oil grows by nature


2) While Glove face competition from China Plus Vaccine (Vaccine wiping out Virus like Atom Bombs obliterated Hiroshima) the Competitors of Palm oil are ALL IN TROUBLE


A) SUNFLOWER OIL IN TROUBLE

UKRANE HAS ONLY PLANTED 50% OF ITS SUNFLOWER. SO THERE WILL BE GREAT SHORTAGE OF SUNFLOWER OIL RIGHT UP TO END 2022 PLUS YEAR 2023 AS WELL


B) CANOLA OIL

Due to last year's Drought Canadian Farmers are planting less Canola by 7%

And now there is no certainty that drought will not repeat next few months again


C) SOYOIL

USA IS PIVOTING INTO RENEWABLE ENERGY. LOTS OF REFINERIES ARE CONVERTED TO USE BIOFUEL FROM SOYBEAN

As such Soyoil prices will remain high

More so as Brent Crude oil crossed USD120


D) WORLD POPULATION INCREASED BY 320 MILLION PEOPLE WHILE THERE IS TOTAL STOPPAGE OF CONVERSION OF PALM OIL FROM FOREST LANDS

Since year 2018 both Indonesia & Malaysia have banned conversion of forests into new Palm oil estates


These 4 years we see population growth by 80 million years (1% growth of World 8 Billion people)

4 years mean 320 million more mouths to feed

DEMAND KEEP ON INCREASING WHILE NO MORE EXTRA SUPPLY


SO WITH LACK OF PRODUCTION AND EVER INCREAING DEMAND PALM OIL PRICES WILL REMAIN HIGH ALL OF YEAR 2022 & POSSIBLY RIGHT UP TO YEAR 2024


JUST STOP LISTENING TO THOSE STUPID PEOPLE WHO THINK PALM OIL BULL WILL END LIKE GLOVE BULL


FAR FROM IT


PALM OIL BULL WILL YET TURN INTO A ONCE A CENTURY SUPERBULL


SO STAY INVESTED

why are they so wrong?

they never do diligent study on supply and demand

they only see short term price movements and tell people to sell without understanding long term fundamental

The best years of strong earnings for palm oil will outlast gloves for years

palm oil will partly follow the price of fossil crude oil ,the reason is Indonesia would use B30 biodiesel for transport energy. that amount to 9 millions ton of palm oil annually. crude oil currently projected to go 140-160 usd per barrel.

Indonesia as well as EU, USA and Brazil all also using palm oil sunflower oil, canola oil and soyoil as biofuel

If crude oil high then more will be converted to fuel from food
