It has been a volatile week for Bplant punters and short term traders due to "On" and "Off" News of Privatization

And this is the main reason why Short Term trading caused 90% to lose money eventually.

As one who entered Bplant on "bad news" when prices was cheap I can say it is rewarding to hold Bplant longer term

In fact the Calling "Off" of Privatization is long term good news for genuine investors (sorry for punters)

In year 2020 we bought Bplant at 57 sen (not the lowest. In fact Eagle Group members told Calvin they bought even cheaper than Calvin at 55 sen & some even lower)

Well. I think the company still got hope. They can distribute dividend for few years despite the cpo price is low. The bad decision is the land they bought recently. If their company is bad, they can't be having a company with one of the highest OER in one of their estate.

To privatize a listed company ,it needs approval from sc and majority numbers of share holders agreed in th egm .Do you think offer at low price like now which is far below the book value would

get approval from share holders ?Olden day dirty trick in which press down the price intentionally and then apply for privatization to benefit the few major share holders are gone.The listed company wanted to go privatization must compliance with privatization act which is complicated and takes long time.

the operating profit this Q was a result of kitchen sinking in previous Q where they impair their assets, thus avoid depreciation... well done... however, the company need to quickly sell their land in order to really turnaround as finance cost is killing them... nonetheless production need to increase too...

All these will cause heavy sale of palm oil

Palm oil stocks will then go into multi year bull run

BPLANT will report for excellent quarterly result for the next 2 months due to continuously improving the CPO Price from the beginning

of 1,945 per metric tonne this year to recently 2,900 per metric tonne

many of Bplant plantation valuation is more than 20 years ago. The land worth far more than it current book value. As such it actual NTA per share at least rm2.00+. Unfortunately they are not going to revalue or sell the land. I am hopping they can pay good dividend as b4. So the price can return to rm1 above..

Top 10 reasons why Palm oil stocks will go into a bull run

1. China hit by 3 massive typhoons in its North-West. Heilongjiang the bread basket of China has been flooded. It's soybean crops are destroyed

2. As a result China must buy soybean from Usa.

The year was 1996. The Asian Stock Markets Were in the Hottest Euphoria. Amost every one was enjoying increasing profits. So plantation stock investment if timed well can make you a billionaire!

As for Robert Kuok he became the Richest Man No. One in All of Malaysia with over Rm40 Billions.

Ha! Are we now entering another phase of market doom? Maybe yes or maybe no.
