I use it as a guide only. The interest rate is about 3%.
I am not focus on dividend, I focus more on capital gain. If there is a dividend, it is a bonus to me.
I agree the dividend yield must be around 3%.

Mr Ooi, in Method 1, how do you calculate "g" as 20.26? I wish to learn how to judge the earnings growth estimation.

20.26 is the last 3 year average growth rate, current year the growth rate is 39%. Hence I normally take the average or the lowest of all.

Ans : I do not like to answer this type of question. I do not want to tell lie in I3.
Please note that I manage a fund management for my big clients, they just put their money with me. I buy the stock according to my wish without asking for consent. They are only interested if I make money for them without any question ask.
When I want to buy the stock for them, I prefer not to tell others so that I can buy cheap. If you ask me this stock can buy or not, I am really in dilemma, I should tell the truth or lie to valued members here. If I tell the truth, I cannot buy for my big clients at a cheap price. If I tell lie, I cannot sleep at night. I hope valued members here, please do not jump into conclusion that I am very proud, refuse to answer your question. Sometime I ignore and refuse to answer you because I am also in dilemma. The best way is you make your decision to buy or not to buy.

And also, if you post here on the stocks that you recommend based on your so called analysis, and you bought these stocks for your client before posting it here, causing people here to believe you and buy, then aren't you "FRONT RUNNING"? You said you "I prefer not to tell others so that I can buy cheap, but the fact is, you already told many people in i3investors the stocks you buy. Can you sleep at night? That's a screwed up behavior from OTB. If he has already bought and then he tells his student, why bother sharing here after 7 days. Look at what happen to Hevea, now poh. Huat, WTK earlier and etc. This is unethical and nobody cares if he share with his student and so on but don't share something outdated to prop up the share for own benefit.

I never buy shares promoted by OTB. Technical analysis not my cup of tea. Requires strong nerve, which I don't have. I am 100% fundamentals. I don't buy things that I can't see earnings growth
