If there is a merge but no change to the way they manage MAS and continue to have loop side procurement contracts and policies, it just delay the death of MAS and this time, it wants to bring along AAX.
I see no reasons for AAX to merge except for political pressure. Unless, AAX management is given the mandate to govern and manage the merged entity, this is not a good merge at all to AAX.
