New govt should revisit the civil servant productivity. Those no meeting the productivity need to take necessary action including asking them to go for early retirement.

A responsible gov should hire on need base, on productivity base. I don't know where to reassign drivers to, but in principle it has to be necessity and productivity, because if u don't u will get stuck in other instances

They are rich enough to maintain all these secretaries for daily routine like reading news to the bosses...........
