Xinte is doing polysilicons for solar industry based in Xinjiang. Last week, Washington announced complete ban on every thing from Xinjiang Share take a beating. The Cold war is On , not just a possibility. Its a fact already. All China shares in Wall Street will be relocated to HK/ Shanghai . Shanghai shares is still not easy to have access. HK shares will be too much over hangs over next few years. Overhangs is when shares out weight money available.

Conclusion.......at least in short term, Wall Street, HK, Bursa......Bursa shares is the least risky and represents best buy.

at the very least , common prosperity will impact local/ provincial level decisions in China........slowly but surely will encourage more sharing. ...... a lot of the implementations will be bottom up too as people experiment with the idea. ....and JiangSu is the province targeted to experiment ... just as GuangZhou was first to experiment with Deng's opening and reforms.
