Hi, I'm a freshman here.. can anyone tell me what is it mean by dividend 20%? if i buy @ 0.855 it means i get dividend of 20%? or it means 20% dividend as in 20% increased from the past dividend given? Thank you :)

20% dividend means 20% * par value (RM0.10) = 2 sen

Good morning all my Willow frens.

Congrad to you when you followed me to get RM0.600 until current price.

Yes as I said TP (taking profit) at RM0.900

Anyway, I may think to push up the price to RM1.230. Need more info before I push.

i also believe the price will reach rm1.
Reasons:
1) Dividen declare soon
2) Willow will copy the strategic from OSK - buy back share and push the price
Refer to OSK trend, OSK price keep pushing up after 3 month of buy back share
3) Willow just bought a technology company this year and plan to expand their business
4) CEO of willow (brother of OSK CEO) is very ambitious

They just bought a company and plan to expand, dat y profit increase but dividen decrease, good management. All klse stock drop today due to profit taking plus Ukraine war. Need wait for 1 week to recover. Time to in if all ppl scare.

競標2億工程　柳谷冀營業額增20%

（吉隆坡30日訊）在政府經濟轉型計劃的入口點項目（EPP）支持下，柳谷（WILLOW，0008，主板科技股）冀望2014財政年可獲得10至20%或超過1億令吉的營業額增長。


同時，柳谷正競標約2億3000萬令吉至2億4000萬令吉的工程，但柳谷集團董事經理黃宗秋無法確定這些競標中的合約是否能全數轉為收入。

他透露，所競標的合約範圍，與公司的3大業務相關，分別為供水管網監控與數據採集（SCADA）、綜合監控系統（Integrated Monitoring System，簡稱IMS）和建築管理系統（Building Management system，簡稱BMS）。

他相信，以公司目前手上總值1億5000萬令吉的合約訂單，及陸續有來的新合約來看，柳谷2014財政年（12月31日結帳）的業績將比2013財政年佳。根據年度報告指出，柳谷2013財政年營業額為1億零261萬令吉，按年成長22.99%；而稅後盈利則按年上升26.66%，至1929萬令吉。

「2013財政年IMS和SCADA業務分別佔公司營業額的90%和10%，而在2014財政年SCADA業務將繼續成為公司的核心業務。」

黃宗秋在兒子柳谷集團執行董事黃祖健陪同下，出席今日股東常年大會後的記者會上，發表上述談話。黃宗秋指出，IMS和BMS主要是用于產業發展或其他建設項目，特別是保安系統裝備；而SCADA則更多用于污水處理廠等工程。

他表示，隨著政府推出的各大工程，如巴生谷捷運工程（KVMRT）和邊佳蘭石油提煉及綜合石化計劃（RAPID）等，都為公司帶來更多的商機。

「去年，我們獲得兩項總值約4000萬令吉的系統合約，分別為安邦延長線和格拉那再也延長線工程提供SCADA系統。」

他認為，這也是推動公司2013財政年業績表現不俗原因之一。另外，他也說，柳谷的淨利主要貢獻來自新加坡市場，占80%比重，其餘的20%比重則來自大馬及其他市場。

新加坡業務強勁

「新加坡的營運業務仍強勁，主要是受到新基礎建設和對保安系統的需求不斷增長；而大馬業務則受政府轉型計劃的扶持，在近年也取得很大的成長。」

他透露，公司3年前已在印尼設立小型的聯營公司，直至去年尾，該聯營公司開始獲得少數合約，雖然目前該國業務的營業額貢獻不顯著，但相信在未來將會有很大的發展潛力。

至于會否進軍或開拓新市場，黃宗秋指出，公司在中東已有代理，計劃通過這家代理公司進一步涉足新市場。另外，東歐也是他們所考慮的新市場之一。

根據資料顯示，柳谷目前在中東的阿布扎比、印尼、新加坡，及大馬的吉隆坡、柔佛和北海都有辦公室或聯營公司。

針對房產發展商將降低建設成本預算一事，黃祖健認為，公司保安系統僅佔產業項目預算中2至3%比重，加上大馬高樓產業如公寓、辦公樓等，發展商仍非常著重于保安系統裝置。因此，他認為，即使減少成本預算，也不會對柳谷帶來嚴重損失。

Based on my DCF calculation, considering 15% growth of FCFE for 2014-2016, 10% growth for 2017-2019 and 5% growth thereon and a discount rate of 14% (10 year MGS+10% market risk premium), the intrinsic value of Willow is RM1.13 indicating upside potential of 36.89%.
