Cut is too light. It is more like chop chop. This is not the end yet. The warrant is still having a discount. Either the warrant goes up or the mother share comes down somemore. Usually there is a premium on the warrants. It is unlikely for the warrant to go up. It is most probable for the mother share to come down to say 18 sen while the son is at 9 sen (for a 1 sen premium) Just my observation. Well anything can happen in this Ta Bersih Land.

From Star Alert - Ingens substantial shareholder says he's not selling his stake to Ninetology. That means the `restricted offer' will not go through since Ninetology had said ALL the substantial shareholders must sell... which only strengthens the belief of many that this is just a CON JOB by the parties involved. Many have been burnt; the authorities must take action against these market manipulators!

I have the feeling that those who brought it at .30 above will have to sell soon and this will cause panic selling in 2nd half. Yet you will find ppl buys at .18 whem it breached the tp and get caught again bcos they thing is very cheap already. LOL

As i said b4 those who bought at .48 will have a paper lost by now 27,000 if hold 100K shares or RM135,000 for 500K shares.Maybe this amount is chicken feed for the big buyer. If today breached .18 RM30,000 up in flame and RM150,000 for those holding 500K. Don't kena kau kau. It very viral lah...

Ingenuity Solutions Bhd's substantial shareholder Chin Boon Long is not selling his stake in the company to Ninetology Marketing Sdn Bhd.

He said at a press conference on Wednesday that he was not accepting the offer. "Thanks, but no thanks," he said, in reference to Ninetology's offer.

Chin added he would hold on to his shares for two years. He also said he would seek a board representation.

Ingenuity has attracted trading interest in recent days following events leading to the announcement of a possible takeover of Ingenuity.

Chin had extended an invitation to the media and all shareholders of Ingenuity, 1 Utopia Bhd as well as other concerned stakeholders to clear the air. Chin is also the managing director of 1 Utopia.

Last Thursday, Ninetology announced at a press conference that it had "ready funds" to take over Ingenuity, also a tech firm which made a net profit of RM3.2mil in its latest quarter.

Ninetology had offered to acquire a 39.44% stake in the company at 55 sen per share and if the deal goes through, this would trigger a mandatory general offer to acquire all the remaining shares Ninetology has not already owned in Ingenuity.

conspiracy between two parties to spread good news and let all small fishes jump into the trap.usually when the shares 'goreng' to 0.51 they already pull back the net and another 'trick'proposed takeover of the company.we are all fooled by them,better put them to jail.
