I think each share par value is 10 sen. They reduce by half to 5 sen. People say company don't need to much money to do business so reduce by half. Correct anyone?

This capital reduction from paid up of 10 sen to 5 sen does not affect the operation of the company nor we the share holders..you may ask why needs capital reduction...answer is...capital reduction done for the purpose of returning back part of capital to shareholders....out of 5 sen reduction, 4 sen will back returned back to us as just announced by the company.....you will be paid on 10 june

@Caveman, as per study, this company is planning on transfer from ACE market to Main Market. That's why it's keeping bullet to make that happened. As the requirement for Trading / Services Main Market is profits of 30 million for 5 F.Y. and 8 million for latest F.Y.

This could be happened in very soon, if the next quarter report show 6.7million profit.
