Don't see any reason that the deal will be fail. I think they are only pending for some approval or something in that nature. This have been for a while, if not going through it will be announce earlier. Assume the deal go through. And the dividend of RM2.4 given to the share holder what will the price of Jobst after the dividend? Still worth something? That what I'm concerning.
Oic.... I think regardless the deal is on or not the COO will still exercise his share since the price is so low for him to do that. But I do mention did not see why the deal not get trough. Unless someone really block that out :-)
decision should be near now... the first ccs decision came about 2 month & 20+ day so if this review follow the same timeline should be this week or next week. the price revised is not an issue for me coz the mou with seek already include this option so seek should agree with the new price. just my opinion though.
I would seriously love to see the deal break down (I know this is highly impossible since management eager to sell). Because this is a low debt, cash rich company that commands stable and high ROAE and profit margins. The management should really bargain for a better price for Jobstreet!
There are certainly a risk there. But should be minimum. Many perhaps more interesting on what will be the JobStreet price after the deal is close and dividend are given.
if all is according to the plan then the special dividend should be at least rm 2.62 and ccs decision before end of october.... i can see money coming $$$
1890-33=1857.... 1857/708 = 2.622881355932203....... pls correct me if i'm wrong. And this only for the sales of jobst main business only.... tq kt888 88 for explaining 4 me.
Mr. Ooi i'm not quite understand your question but i haven't seen a stock price trade lower than its special dividend b4 so...... Mr. Starkdark, the special dividend should be paid in full after deduct the necessary cost of 33 m & other expend. If i'm not mistaken it should be tax free or net of tax.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
