这个公司现在还是没有债务的净现金公司，现在只是卖掉不赚钱的本业，本业只保留还会赚钱的生产什么晶片清洗胶业务，又发附加股买了介入海上加油业务，还有就是浅浅的买了别人生产的太阳能设备来组装进军太阳能业务，自己还不会。现在想要筹一亿来买加油船什么的，也没有讲清楚。我真不知道为什么附加股要定价那么低，现在被套了，也只能决定拿附加股，大量降低成本，看几个季度再说，其实这个公司虽然不厉害赚钱，那么多年还是有好好做生意的。现在真的只希望管理层不要骗人，好好拿钱去发展，不要掏空吃完钱，接下来几季如果要掏空，做一季亏500万1000万就真的完了。

Depends on whether trapped high or many months ago from 60 to now below 20 with losses of 30 - 70%.

Company is good but people or shadow running the company could cause confidence and trust issue to shareholders.

If the price before the Ex-Date of the right issue transacted below 12 sen, that means the situation will be as what happened to the last RI exercise of Kanger.

Directors are responsible to ensure success of rights issue exercise to raise fund from shareholders but they are not responsible to ensure shareholders make money from subscription of rights issue shares.

More investors are not keen on company with directors who are greedy in raising fund by frequent or massive shares issuance

Oil bunkering business profitable or not? Look at Straits, the profit margin is very low for Straits. What make market expect Fast can earn more from this? Fast's share number will become more after right issue.
