In the coming meeting they will determine the date to initiate the tapering and it is highly predicted the tapering may start end of Dec 2013. if this is confirmed in the meeting, hot money in the market will be reduced (due to the hike of interest rate) as foreign investors further intensify the selling of their shares.

i was told some DAYA 's director's wife work at SC in charge of SPAC. They do not want daya to misbehave until they get reach energy's SPAC approval. Otherwise reach energy's approval may be jeopardised,claiming that the listing is to push up daya,being an early investor of reach energy.and not to raise a good spac. hence best to wait for approval of convertible loan stock as spac approval & its effects on daya may be much further down the road.Icul should be issued anytime to meet 1Q 2014 dateline.

it seems that daya is run by prudent,smart & responsible(to shareholder)maestros.technip contracts are between technip & doci. daya vessels only $2 company.daya market cap=1.23B*1.1(10% private placement)*.37(share price)=Rm500 M only.How to buy a ship for RM 540M,however good it is.No contracts signed that involve SB installer.Hope that their goodwill,if any in O&G is not jeopoardized.Anyway according to Public bank previous analysis, proposed "icul issue" is for siem daya 1 or 2 not for SB installer.
