I dont think there is any problems. The final buyer is MyAngkasa. As long as the deal is in tact, it is just a matter of getting from KL to Penang via Rawang and Ipoh. On itself, it has some basic fundamentals too..
By the way, ratification of a contract simply means reinforcing it..ie make it stronger!
