上週，報道稱億豐（NEXGRAM，0096，創業板科技組）正與飽受流言蜚語困擾的一個大馬發展有限公司（1MDB）旗下的敦拉薩國際貿易中心（TRX）展開購地洽商。



億豐執行董事侯崡綸在出席簽約儀式後向記者透露：“我們的經理和代理與1MDB進行洽商，並傳達參與相關計劃發展的興趣。”



雖然侯崡綸言明，但當問及相關交易何時成行時，他戛然而止。他僅說：“我們將在不遠的將來知道結果。同時，我們也在進行內部份析。”

在回應大馬股票交易所質詢時，億豐表示，該公司只是初步和1MDB討論潛在收購其在TRX的一塊土地，但發展計劃類型，以及整個發展計劃是否由公司自行去完成還是跟另一方合資，尚未確定。

該公司補充，一旦收購條款確定，以及董事部批准了合約後，自然會作出宣佈。

雖然億豐與1MDB正如火如荼展開磋商，該公司前首席執行員鄭博毅卻異常忙碌，忙著累積公司持股。他在上個月已累積收購億豐19億股總股本中的3.2%股權。

在洽商尚處於“初步階段”，侯崡綸作為公司高層取對外披露信息的做法是否有點古怪？而公司前首席執行員在如此重要，且可能“扭轉局面”（game changer）的洽商活動進行時累積持股是否不只是巧合那麼簡單？（星洲日報／財經‧The Edge專版：實話實說）

We base our optimism on facts. Needs to be timed with good fundamental announcements.Results this quarter should be out by next week. After that it will be followed by FY 2015 ended April 30 around July.
If any movement should take place, it will be around next week onwards...
Today, investors and investment funds and the SC is more regulated and sophisticated. What we can foresee and think, they can too. No free lunch in this world. TPY do not work for us.
However, timing for NG is just right from now onwards. Good Luck everybody. 15sen on the way.

haha Mr Warrant i really doubt your integrity . I think this is a potential counter bur u r very much over on everything.
I strongly believe ( from past experience ) b4 this counter move , the so call big bosses will press the price down until many shareholders sell the share.
