Jakarta -PT Inovisi Infracom Tbk (INVS) menyampaikan laporan keuangan yang belakang ketahuan banyak salahnya. Gara-gara itu, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) menghentikan sementara (suspensi) perdagangan sahamnya.

Otoritas pasar modal sudah menemukan delapan kesalahan dalam laporan keuangan perusahaan investasi tersebut. Inovisi menyatakan akan merevisi laporan keuangan kuartal III-2014.

Sekretaris Perusahaan Inovisi Dria Soetomo mengatakan, saat ini perusahaan sedang melakukan restrukturisasi dan perbaikan manajemen. Proses perbaikan ini bisa memakan waktu sampai 12 bulan ke depan.

"Ya anggaplah 12 bulan ke depan termasuk perbaikan laporan keuangan. Saya belum bisa bilang restrukturisasi itu apa saja, pokoknya saat ini sedang ada perbaikan," ujarnya ketika ditemui detikFinance di kantornya, Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Selatan, Senin (18/5/2015).

Sambil melakukan perbaikan, Inovisi juga berkomunikasi secara berkala dengan pihak BEI. Hasil restrukturisasi yang paling dekat adalah menyampaikan laporan keuangan yang sesuai standar.

"Kami ada targetnya, tapi kita enggak mau sebutkan. Revisi keuangan terus berjalan, termasuk revisi keuangan audited. Nanti kalau ada informasi yang harus disampaikan ke publik pasti kita sampaikan, sesuai aturannya kan harus disampaikan ke bursa dulu," ujarnya.

Dria juga menyayangkan suspensi saham berlangsung cukup lama sehingga membuat investor terkena dampaknya. Bahkan, ada investor yang uangnya nyangkut hingga Rp 70 juta di saham Inovisi.

"Kita sangat menyayangkan suspensi ini berjalan sekian lama. Cuma yah dengan rekstrukturisasi dan perbaikan manajemen ini memastikan ke direksi BEI suspensinya bisa segera dicabut. Otoritas lihat ada perbaikan perbaikan yang kita lakukan," ucapnya.
