Jakarta -Saham PT Inovisi Infracom Tbk (INVS) sudah dihentikan sejak Februari lalu. Perdagangan saham Inovisi yang tak kunjung dibuka membuat investor kesal.

Saham perusahaan investasi ini dihentikan sementara alias suspensi oleh PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Otoritas bursa hendak menelaah laporan keuangan perseroan terlebih dahulu sebelum mengambil keputusan lebih lanjut. Perdagangan sahamnya dihentikan sejak Jumat 13 Februari 2015 lalu.

"Saya sebagai investor ritel dan beberapa investor ataupun trader lainnya merasa sangat dirugikan dikarenakan tidak bisa memutarkan kembali dana investasi," kata salah satu pemegang saham Inovisi bernama Hoetomo kepada detikFinance, Senin (18/5/2015).

Ia pun berharap, BEI bisa segera menanggapi permintaan para investor ini untuk mencabut suspensi Inovisi. Pasalnya, sampai saat ini belum ada kejelasan mengenai nasib saham Inovisi.

"Mohon sekiranya pihak otoritas bursa dalam hal ini BEI memerhatikan nasib para investor ritel yaitu dengan membuka atau unsuspend saham Inovisi demi mewujudkan kesejahteraan bersama sesama investor," ujarnya.

BEI dan OJK sudah meminta perseroan untuk melakukan revisi terhadap laporan kinerja keuangannya kuartal III-2014. Dalam laporannya tersebut terdapat banyak yang tidak sinkron sehingga muncul dugaan adanya rekayasa.

The reason they keeping suspended cause they can't find anything wrong that caused the explosive growth in profits, among the best in Asia!, apart from the accounting error, which has since been sorted, by change in accounting personal, independant.
