From the start of the down side heavy trading or drop till 9.5/10 sen, the market maker was under instruction from the predator, the takeover party. They have accumulated perhaps more than 20 % by now, especially at huge discounts, thanks to Dracula Buncit when forced to sell. Now is the recycling time or number of churns to dabble with the pricing. But I reckon if EGM is on, they will appease the shareholders by making the price perhaps slightly above 20 sen by 13 th June, to avoid being thrown bags of rubbish on them out of anger.

One of the issues that the predators got pissed of with Dracula Buncit is his ESOS plan that will further dilute the shareholdings.
The Wa ex price is 43 sen. If Buncit gang buy warrant, it will be toilet paper if predator gang control price below 43 sen till expiry. Warrants currently only good for few days trading, but to exercise them, dont waste time.

It is purportedly believed that DL did not declare about 100kg of gold worth RM25 million for a reason. It is said that the 100kg of gold does not belong to Bahvest in the first place.

It is believed that DL just “Borrowed “” it from other sources with the agenda to boost Revenue/profitability in one of the QR. Whether the said 100k of gold was already reported as sales revenue or not remains to be verified. If the said 100kg has been reported in one of the QR, then the question of non- payment of royalties does not exist. However, such an act would constitute a “ false accounting ” issue like Serba Dynamic ( SD ).

In the case of SD, false accounting has been established as a result of which the MD, Dr.K and his gang were compounded by SC with the hefty fine without imprisonment term. Hence in the case of Bahvest, DL would most be likely to face with the same. DL can still afford to pay and no cause of concern.

As said earlier, most of the corporate figures in Sabah are said to be embedded with the feudalistic culture. DL is of no exception where he is protected with a formidable force from behind .Thats why he has been untouchable for all these years. The manoeuvre of 100kg of gold is a piece of cake to him.

@dompeilee, I like crooks. When crooks are no longer around, the share will shoot up 100%. It is not far fetche to see Bahvest going up to 0 40 sen soon. Just look at Menang Coro, when crioks are no longer controlling, the share webt up 100% from 0.50 sen to RM1.00.

Jackie, Dracula Buncit is gone, and all this euphoria and excitement will be depleted with time and I think very soon. The next phase will just be discusiiion on price dynamics without much corporate drama. As much as I dont agree with Joyvest in a lot of issues, but he gives life to this forum, does not matter whether true or not. I am still in this forum, perhaps due to his writings. I call it entertainment because it is dramatic and fiction in perspective. If he stops writing, then this forum might be drab. Think again, why this forum is active.
