Meaning DL doesnt want to be perceived to be associated with Bahvest at all. He is an outsider now but still in the capacity as a director until he is legitimately removed , which is expected of in the upcoming EGM. He is believed to do so under " instruction " as his presence and/or association with Bahvest is detrimental to the interest of the top gun. DL is said to be the proxy of a Top gun.

He has been remanded for 5 days , basically , it is a cooling off period for him to contemplate hard to come to terms with the Company in return of exemption from being charged (if any).

The Terms are believed to be as follows:-
(1) full withdrawal of the lawsuit on trespassing initiated by Southsea
(2) Reduction of compensation of RM 21m if not full waiver.
(3) Refraining from shareholdership directly and/or indirectly
(4) Refraining from directorship forever in Bahvest
(5) Return of 100kg of gold to Bahvest if it can be proven that it belongs to the Company

No need to worry who holds his 85 m shares ,which is believed to have been taken care of . FL is not keen to increase his shareholdings in Bahvest but is keen to take control of the BOD. You dont need to have a substantial shareholding to be eligible as a CEO or MD . What matters most is the person who is generally accepted with the backing from the majority of shareholders irrespective of his/her shareholding.

You are voted in to the Board and you are expected to safeguard their interests and enhance their wealth through the appreciation of capital gain .If you are not up to it, you will be removed anyway. No big deal.

Silence is golden.

DL has the civil right to remain silent under remand . It is wise for him not to talk .The more he talks , the more sxxts out of his mouth, the more troubles he is in. It is good to let the legal proceeding take its course. Whatever the outcome will be will be ... but it is believed that cases against DL would be dropped for the reasons as above mentioned earlier.

1) Kretam iceman is strongly against current dilution, the reason why he was adamant about cancelling the plans for ESOS. On this premise of preventing NOSH expanding and dilution effect, they will make sure that the warrants until expiry has no conversion interest or capacity. Would warrant holders pay the conversion price of 43 sen, if mother share is lingering at 40 sen?
2) The warrant expires in Aug 2024, and with every passing month, the value pegged against the mother share will approach zero, if the mother share conversion cannot be achieved. Kretam iceman market maker wants to kill the warrants. So from here till Aug 2024, what shall be the price of the mother share on warrant expiry?
3) I am not saying warrant cannot be traded, if you have the balls, but i am pointing out that it will not be for conversion purposes, when the mother share traded in the market can be directly purchased at a huge discount against the conversion price.
3) If not mistaken someone wrote that Dracula has 85 mil Wa in his inventory, If sold at 3 sen, he will pocket about RM 2,6 mil. With only that value, no way can he dabble with the market maker. And Dracula is not a market player. If he was, he would not have sold the mother share down at a huge discount.
4) Dracula has already lost the plot. As a corporate player he is very far behind Kretam lceman's corporate maneuvering ability.
