Just a quick hello stop-over to provide some food for thought on this supposedly impending corporate calamity which BV might experience with the uncertainty of operations continuity: The points below are intended to negate the unfounded and weak and adverse circumstances created and designed just to breathe fear and panic into situations. Below is the counter argument that I offer through deductive logic;
1) LYNAS in memory. Ever wondered the sort of adverse publicity against its presence in Pahang? The Bauxite prospector was allegedly painting the environment red, with the much touted spewing of toxic dust leading to various implied claims of future cancer and Alzheimer potentialities taking roots and sprouting among the people in close proximity. People were red, clothes were red, and houses were red. If roads were red, tires became wrapped in red.
And by golly, was Lynas not a primary focus, an issue debated intensely and furiously by crème de la crème policy makers to win accolades via publicity in the Dewan Negara with respect to licensing, social and environmental impact. And to add salt to the injury, there were environmentalist hammering issues with the hidden agenda of seeking gomen funding for their existence. And behold, the same clamoring politicians seeking attention then are presently Gomen of the day for a five year term. Hello Lynas was seemingly a serious federal issue, but has Lynas made their exit? On the contrary, ask the question why Lynas is still in this country from slightly more than a decade ago.

If anyone had not realized by now that the volume is significantly lower now for BV trades, then perhaps you are overstaying your snooze with Alice in wonderland. Freddie’s Inno has mopped up plenty, so flight trajectory is firmly under their control. And knowing what this outfit is capable of doing in times of stress which previously stripped naked the fanged fisherman, what is observed now with respect to price dynamics can be considered as near stability. If the unfounded allegation has any element of truth, they would have shorted, driving down prices to recoup the impending loses before players are able to respond. First mover advantage must belong to INNO or else they might lose big. Well they don’t call themselves the market maker for nothing, is it not? If anything to go by, the share price would be the best indicator to perceive the authenticity of all the impending adversity.
In fact, naysayers are barking on the wrong tree. If they are yearning to see a rerun of chaos and havoc in BV, get hold of all listed 30 top shareholders in the BV Annual report and try selling the version of doomsday to them. Perhaps if these 30 shareholders are sold by the tale of Armageddon sponsored by the fanged fisherman and his accomplices, then mayhem will be triggered and witnessed.

Issue of licensing: . State level: Awards are conferred to companies not individuals. If I recall Wullendorf Sdn Bhd, is/was the current license holder. Ministry level is just policy making, regulatory and harmonization of procedures development. Take for example, By twist of fate if KK, Welcome, Ilmu Khodam and Sammy and their cohorts of market raiders decide to band together and trigger another hostile takeover, and successfully execute the removal of Freddie and assassins: the actors in the company might change, but the recipient of the license will still be Wullendorf. There is no law hinged to the license holder that stipulates no shareholder change. The seal of the deal is Wullendorf, not individuals. Thus the change of ownership from Dracula to Freddie has no effect to the licensing processes

As to the question of why LYNAS is still in this country from slightly more than a decade ago, well the answer can be found in a word call LAW and legalities implied. A corporate entity is a respected entity for its ethical practices in providing employment and livelihood and its contribution to the economy and social development. In cases of disputes, laws have been drafted and applied as recourse for entities to seek remedial action for acts of injustice inflicted upon it. On this token, Bahvest has since in mining operation from 2018, never had matters arising with reference to the current allegations arising now. . So why the fuss now? In worst case scenario if these allegations are tried and found justifiable, the implications are:
a) Creates unemployment and depressed livelihood of employees.
b) Litigation between BV and state govt and matters of compensation
c) Loss of income to gomen
d) Decision on area mined: what next, cost for closing mine, conservation work and converting to whatever. All are cost issues.
e) Awarding to another Mining company? Unlikely! How many miners in Sabah? If outsiders, well just wait until the next morning when you will be running being chased only with the underwear intact. Also will it not court suspicion of cronyism?
BV’s nemesis is represented by a benign Warisan rep and an environmentalist harping on matters of environment and social health and well being. Throw in some money as compensation for relocation of citizens in proximity, should be small as compared to the repercussions of depriving an engine of creation of the economy to cease operations.
In my opinion the state is wise enough to not be penny wise but pound foolish. Pointless to save a tree while the whole forest is destroyed.
And speaking of the environment, go tell these 2 Fellas, the Warisan Rep and the environmentalist to bark the compliant to United nations, on the matter of how come Big Brother US can occupy land millions of acres to grow Soy. Well at least those were forest land previously, is it not?

I can only be a ghost now making an apparent appearance momentarily. My commitments are still in-process, and thus do not afford me the liberty of time to address issues regularly in this domain. -could you indicate or brief the legal issues at hand which you perceive as a price deterrent? And where in the world did you see BV having issues pertinent to licensing?
My comments:
So it goes that Bahvest has been the subject where millionaires pour money for swashbuckling action in the name of slaying the vampires and dying for gold. No doubt Neglect and Foolishness are personal traits that can be acquired for free, but could you ever imagine all the high strung corporate figures in Freddie’s stable pumping money into Bahvest but sidestep or overlook matters pertaining to Licensing. I reckon Freddie and assassins were not born yesterday: they are highly experienced license operating corporate figures, wherein Kretam is palm oil, and Priceworth is timber. All licensed commodities. So Freddie forgot his car keys? He threw in millions and then realize, “oh no license”.

While matters pertaining to legal and licensing are privy to the PLC, however any encumbrance or disruption to continuing operations resulting from changes on above matters should be approached with public disclosures , less they wanna earn the ire or face the brunt of the Securities Commission. Since no related issues are announced, best to just shrug off whats written by naysayer columnist , who hardly even have an inkling of a share in the company. Let the share price be the best guide meantime, and its holding down its position well currently.
As for legal cases, no related announcements in the last 4-5 months or so. Either way, hardly can expect a verdict until 2027/2028 earliest. That's the nature of litigation time span. Longer the better, legal fees higher and full of deferments and postponements to protect the affected clients. How else can lawyers be earning hefty sums of money, if cases are not delayed? BTW, gonna hold the shares till 2027/2028? Wow...
So on matters of the court, go bite a piece of carbohydrate, get the serotonin-dopamine balance in your body in balance, and have a good night rest. Leave the courts to whoever....😂😂

Pada masa yg sama, Pemilik tanah iaitu Southsea Gold S/B membeli share dari syarikat Bahvest Resources Bhd seterusnya, Wullersdorf dibenarkan menjalankan operasi melombong kerana lesen melombong emas dimiliki oleh Southsea Gold.

Pada Mei 2023, Southsea Gold telah menjual share nya dan tidak lagi memiliki sebarang kaitan dengan Bahvest Resources kerana lesen melombong Southsea Gold tamat tempoh pada 28 Ogos 2023.

Selepas dipertimbangkan, Jabatan Mineral telah mengeluarkan surat penyambungan pada 29 Ogos 2023 untuk tempoh 2 bulan dan akan berakhir pada 31 Okt 2023.

Syarikat Wullersdorf diarah untuk membuat permohonan semula dan seperti dalam pra-syarat OMS @ Operational Mining Scheme yg telah ditetspkan oleh Jabatan Mineral dan Geosains.

Pada 18 September 2023, Jabatan Perlindungan Alam sekitar Sabah telah mengarahkan Southsea Gold untuk mematuhi ketidakpatuhan seperti dalam Lampiran A jadual Status Penatuhan.

Oleh kerana Southsea Gold tidak lagi memiliki share dalam Bahvest Resources dan Wullersdorf, Southsea Gold selaku pemilik tanah harus membuat permohonan baru bagi pihak wullersdorf kerana tanah tersebut telah di sublease kepada Bahvest Resources.

Akan tetapi Bahvest dan Wullersdorf enggan membuat permohonan baru dan terus melombong secara haram sehingga hari ini walaupun Jabatan Mineral telah membatalkan lesen OMS pada 24 November 2023.

We are into the last days of the year. And perhaps Bahvest should still be the champion company for evoking suspense and heart stopping or stomping thrillers in 2023, winning hands down. Bring in the cast of screen players and actors and you could make an excellent Cantonese movie with Stephen Chow or Andy Lau simulating the story line of the hostile takeover when the vampires were booted out from their thrones. And now with the latest development on the seemingly infringement of environmental matters and malicious presence, this fable would be a wonderful Tamil movie with the hero, perhaps Rajnikanth or Vijay, fighting evil corporate forces, against injustice and abuse of human rights. Perhaps, BV might capitalize on copyrights to the movie...... Over to you Freddie...😄😄
