BV still owns a large sum of shares despite not being a substantial shareholder. I like to invest in turnaround companies with a sustainable business with large potential future growth. That is why I have invested in this counter.

If a company is undergoing a turnaround, and you happen to spot high possibility of turnaround, you will be rewarded extremely handsomely for taking such risks. I'm wiling to take those risks as I see a strong management team of SMRT and Creador. I believe they will be able to bring value to the company and eventually turnaround MEGB to be one of the largest education conglomerate in Malaysia.

MEGB: new investor (creador) & mgmt team (smrt) confirmed. so, just up

SMRT: pending approval from share holder. approval for private placement & price of placement. pending who is the new investor (if creador, we all huat). BV reducing shareholding also reduce some investor confidence. many also likes to sideline until successful turnaround of megb (1 year...). pending result of pro-elt contract from MoE.

others like ifca, ghl, etc... owner or shareholder very aggressive to buy own share & push up price. smrt owner didnt goreng langsung... susah lor...

until pp done & turnaround story unfold... price may not up much... my view only

SMRT is down because BV is still selling, on 8 of jan he left 10million shares, and between this perio,d the market has transacted more than 10million shares (including today), thus, assuming 50%-60% are churned by brahmal, we can see his stake reducing to 0 by next week, goodluck, 60cents could be a good buying opportunity, gonna buy this after i sell some of my ifca after CNY, =)

98 percent people in this forum specially lack financial accounting procedures of Acquisition.
its not love triangle.
is very straight forward. BV has increased its share in this SMRT NOT REDUCED. technically speaking .
BV is different and Creador is different.
people thinks Bv has existed from ifcamasc, old town. and ghlsys etcc.
he never did actually .
u know BV recieved certain share of money from if ifcamsc sell their software to any coustomer. he earns more money u cannot imagine.
thats the same strategy he has applied in GHLSYS AND VERY SOON IN SMRT.
certain things they do to confused public and to get vanish from the public following them.
u need more time to understand .
Creador are not stupids . they r playing in india , indonesia, and malaysia markets looking for fundamentals strong shares and invest in those companies for medium term to long terms and make money.
smrt is going to get doubled from here very soon. its not long term strategy in this stock. only medium term . if u know how to analyze stocks.

i know also BV sellling 10 millon shares in market these days.
i will bet on this with you he is purchasing the same stock with another OFFSHORE company . so in front of law and public accounts he has cleared his position,
WATCH THE SHOW VERY SOON .
my tp for smrt within 6 months : 1.50 to 1.70.
