Mentioned there, that the Amprop is currently undervalued with PE of 4.3, with the prop sector at 12.0, Amprop now lagging behind all big boys. Had profited alot from London prop market since 2 years ago, now only other big boys wana start penetrate London, Amprop now wana eye japanese mart. It is the first eyeing the Japanese, now other companies eg IJM also wana follow its foot steps, so AMprop hv to further strategise its position + future.

Also mentioned abt the RCPS, told not to sell but to hold on tightly.

Vegetable : I was from english medium school since small, i am brought up by english educated family. So i am not as fortunate as u. I am trying to learn chinese too. I managed to get my good friend to translate the entire segment to me just now, hope all Amprop holders will chip in, should i miss out something. TQ

each RCPS can redeem for 50sen cash within 3months after the RCPS is issued
or
by tendering two RCPS in exchange for one AMPROP share after the RCPS is issued more than 1 year
