No..... I disposed all 1.47 1.46 ........ been hold 3 yrs. And feel it is a bye time to amprop. Coz the policy that they r doing now....... weird and un-convincing.

May be Mr yeap can give some bius to Mr rocky, so temporary Mr rocky will feel no pain at this moment.

Market value already reflected what is over here. Pls study chart wise , current market situation and this company prospects.

There is alot of reasons to reflect on a particular stock.

AMPROP. ........... will see what after ex.

股票不可以跟它谈情的。 Pre Ex 已这样了。我相信Ex过候 会回调跟多。小心为妙。 至于breandonyeap ,不管他的,好心在这交代一下还给他喷个冷水。

其实ex-date后会不会回调也不一定，因为这次分的是RCPS，有点类似dividend。。而却Amprop P/E还是偏低，成长几率大，可能ex-date后价钱比较便宜，反而更加吸引投资者。。这只是我的猜测。。如果短期真的亏了也不要太灰心。。amprop并不差，你可以放心..

amprop PE low now ?? oh.....common....it was included 1 time gain on KESAS disposal..... u can compute the PE is more then 20x if there is no disposal on KESAS.

Pls do some homework b4 summary out anything.....

我有一个乐观的看法，那些早进场赚了不少钱的投资者不可能等到要发红股才套利离场，股价下跌他们只是少赚一些罢了，而是一些股价买高了的投资者在惊慌止亏离场，或许过一两天股价会稍微回弹。
放心！我已经穿了防弹衣，不会中弹身亡。

哈哈, 开玩笑的啦。 个人认为它会下。只不过这里的投资者大部分会认为会上。其实我很不明白, 说本益比, 它很高, 地产风险也很高,最重要的是会把生金蛋的母鸡给杀了, 而且还要把杀了母鸡的血肉尽量不要派給投资者, 还搞个什么的RCPS.

用以何在? 我买他3年, 从它 57分到我卖 RM 1.47. 难道舍得吗?

vege，我只是给个小小的个人意见，你的语气需要这么差吗？首先，卖掉kesas之前，P/E当然比现在高，可是跟其他的不错的properties股比，还是算below average。。第二，kesas卖了代表公司比较有钱，有钱代表什么？为什么不要发dividend，而是RCPS？因为公司要拿钱继续发展（grow）。。这代表公司有意把生意做大，未来股价还是有很大的上升空间。。。第三，kesas卖了然后profit当然上，profit grow就是profit grow，什么叫做因为卖kesas所以P/E才低？P/E低了是因为公司做得好，不是因为KESAS而已。。P/E 20++？你是怎么算的？拿现在的股价对比上一年的profit？lol。。现在的股价是因为现在的pofit增长。。要比就比现在，不要忘了，kesas就是公司投资的一部分，投资了kesas当然没多余钱去投资更多，如果没有kesas公司就会投资其他的工程，profit也是不会低到哪里去。。如果你把kesas剪掉来算，那不叫我没做功课，那是你的功课做错了..lol。。。我在1.48卖了，在1.34买回，我就是放长期，我就是要拿rcps，就是这样..zz

股市变幻莫测， 当你认为是时候就套利， 看个人可以承受的风险。。如果你买入低于RM1, 输的机会比较低。RCPS是红股。price after ex date also not a big matter...
