rational why drop today, all resolution being approved and long term investors include the shareholders / insider / retail investors are holding it and wait for the execution date. Seller become lesser when compared to past few days, currently who q to sell are those contra players or without holding power.

I dont what to do? Shd I just run and take profit with the current amprop price or wait for the RCPS and convert to money and then sell the mother share or wait for RCPS to be listed and then sell the RCPS and mother share or convert the RCPS into mother share and sell all ? Any ideas on this?

（吉隆坡5日訊）繼倫敦及日本產業市場後，大馬機構產業（AMPROP,1007,主板產業組）有意再投資澳洲、新加坡及其他歐洲產業市場。
今年4月，該集團宣佈與另外兩家企業聯營，投入1億6千200萬令吉投資東京高檔住宅與商業產業；2010年開始投資倫敦住宅及商業大樓，除了脫售及出租產業獲利，也與其他業者聯營發展產業計劃。
冀專注東京中央地區
該集團董事經理李建邦在股東大會及特大後對《星洲財經》表示，還在探索東京市場，希望可專注於東京中央地區。
“計劃還在初期階段，資產及市場評估費時，我們須與聯營夥伴密切探討，尚無法預測交易完成時間，一切有待機會浮現，無論是倫敦或東京都有機會先實現交易。”
該集團副董事經理夏滿補充，另外也會在歐洲、澳洲及新加坡尋求投資機會，目前還在研究這些市場的產業趨勢及資料。
“我們接獲來自法國、西班牙及意大利市場的建議書，不過目前還未找到適合的目標，未來還是會繼續探索這些市場。”
詢及進軍海外傾向那種經營模式時，夏滿表示，需依計劃規模而定，如果是大型投資或發展計劃，則會與當地大型業者合作，以縮短獲利速度。
至於再生能源業務，夏滿說，接下來將進軍印尼，建設太陽能及水力發電廠，大馬水力發電廠則計劃再增2兆瓦發電量。
“印尼再生能源領域才剛開始，當局亦提供具競爭力電力收購制（FiT），我們還在與當局洽談及探勘適合地點，等待當局設定電力收購制。”
目前該集團再生能源發電業務介位於大馬，在森州金馬士擁有10.25兆瓦全馬最大的太陽能發電廠，彭亨玻璃口河（Sg.Perting）4兆瓦水力發電廠預計會再增加額外2兆瓦發電量。
同時該集團也和國家能源（TENAGA,5347,主板貿服組）聯營，計劃在彭亨雙溪亮（Sg Liang）興建最高20兆瓦的水力發電廠。
2送1紅股放行
今日該集團獲股東通過2比1免費派送5年期優先股紅股計劃，大股東大馬機構集團（Amcorp Group Berhad）已承諾不會把這批優先股轉換成現金。
目前大馬機構集團持有該公司61.24%股權，如果在3個月內轉換成現金，總值達1億4千萬令吉。
截至今年3月31日止，該集團持有3億2千900萬令吉現金，總資產值14億4千萬令吉。
該集團在大馬持有超過900英畝地庫，分別位於砂拉越詩巫、雪蘭莪、森美蘭及柔佛，當中詩巫未發展地庫面積最大，達650英畝。（星洲日報／財經‧報道：郭曉芳）

Mr Bai,I bought amprop last November at a lower price, and since I have made some money, I decide to hold on until the end of the year. P/e now is only 4.7, so I believe the share price has room to rise further, with the mother shares and the RCPS, I believe there's a real chance of making a profit. Every decision is a good decision as long as you can happily accept the outcome, because no one can really predict what will happen in the future, especially in the financial markets.

AM产业（AMPROP）刚刚开了股东特大，通过了它的2送1优先股计划，并且将在9月24日除权。
这次的优先股是可赎回可转换类型，不过其条文建议比较特别，值得我们研究。
首先，优先股面值50仙，为期5年，是以红股的方式派发。接下来，其重点在于赎回期限。
一般上公司选择赎回的期限有两种，一是当优先股满期后才赎回，例如马航（MAS）几年前的优先股；另一个方法是在期限内以一定的比例分阶段赎回。此外，也有一些公司保留在若干时限后，可执行即刻赎回的权力。
3个月内行使赎回权力
我们看AM产业优先股的条文，里面说到股东和公司在赎回的权力有所不同。优先股股东可在得到优先股的3个月内行使赎回的权力，向公司讨回每股50仙；如果不行使权力的话，那么股东只能在1年之后直至满期，选择以两张优先股转换成1张普通股（即转换价1令吉）。
而公司可在1年后的任何时间，以50仙赎回优先股。
在5年期满以后，所有未被赎回的优先股将自动以2换1的比例转换成普通股。
由于甫推出就允许股东选择赎回的案例比较罕见，因此如果股东认为现金比较实际的话，必须要即刻行动，以免向隅。
反之，如果股东对公司的前景很有信心，那么就可以等到一年后，观察公司股价来决定转换。
在等待的时期，股东可以获得每年2仙优先股息（前提是公司获得足够的盈利）。那么，为什么公司作此安排？
售KESAS进账2.8亿 或欲保留现金发展产业
原来，AM产业刚脱售20%的KESAS高速大道，进账2.8亿令吉，预料股东必定要求一些实质的回馈。
由于公司可能要保留现金来做未来产业发展，于是管理层就想出了这个绝妙好计来让股东酌量。
那些选择即刻赎回优先股换现金的普通股股东，就好象获得公司每股派25仙股息（注：1普通股获得0.5优先股）一样。
不过，也有一些股东不想一次过拿现金这么简单，公司就给他们一个机会，让他们选择把原本该得的25仙现金再投资在公司股份上面。这样一来，如果公司未来赚更多钱，这些股东因为股权增加，将有机会分享更多股东利益。
至于为什么要股东必须在首3个月决定要否赎回？这样安排可见公司的目的。
原本这就是打算要以特别股息派出来，现在只是临时转了一个弯，并不是要扣住这个股息5年，所以，要拿股息或现金的，快快决定，不然，就当成把现金交给管理层，再投资在公司的前景了。
