兩度展期公佈業績

另一方面，原定週三（25日）公布2016財政年（3月31日結賬）業績及召開媒體匯報會的大馬銀行，已經連續2次展延公佈業績的期限。

該公司昨日上午通過電郵通知媒體表示，原定在週三的業績匯報會，將展延至週四（26日），然而，今日中午再次表示，業績匯報會將展延，直至另行通知。

但並沒透露展延期限的原因，讓市場費解。

大馬銀行週四全天下滑18仙或4.12%，至4.19令吉，成交量為423萬6800股。

Dividend Yield 6%+ at the share price now. Other bank only 3-4%. Better keep. Don't be panic. Big sharks are waiting for shareholders to sell.

Heard some insider said they will do something..that's why the announcement delay. So, downtrend will be limited. Looking for lowest PE, high dividend and potential fast capital appreciation banking bluechip stock..this is the only one!

Majority banks QR released so far quite well. Only dividends that distributed is the issue. Major shareholders surely want more dividends. We too.

This share NTA 4.90. Undervalue already. Drop very limited. The share price will boost up in 1 day. Will be faster than cimb.

Hm..what I can say is everyone not a God..we can't predict what happen in the next. When I bet the price at 4.19..there are two options..either the price is up or down. Before going to this price..I have calculated my risk..if the latest QR bad result, definitely the price will drop. But drop how much we don't know..so, now you have to calculate how tolerant you can afford the risk? Another 3% drop? 5% drop? Or even further to 10% drop? So, for me, as long as the low PE and the high dividend up to 6%++ yielding..is enough for me to cover my risk when doing the betting at the price of 4.19. So, now my risk even lower...because I can afford even higher percentage of price dropping. Hope this clarify! ;)

I bought @4.19 and sold @4.25 immediately once i saw bad result came out..Thought must go down due to bad result.. who knows.. this is stock market.. lol

this time only pay 10.5 cents dividend + 5 cents ( second Quarter) = 15.5 cents.
(0.155/4.4)x 100% = 3.5% dy.( almost same with FD). Compared last year total dividend
was (0.273/4.4)x 100% = 6.2 % dy. Dy is drop 43.5%

Last year share price was around 6.3 to 6.5. So 0.273/6.3 = 4.55%.

Believe me...for those who bought in higher price...now it's the time to average down the cost. Ambank it's worth to do that because it will generate a pretty return in the long term. As what ANZ said "No Hurry" to sell and they generate a good return... :)
