TP for C12 very easy to count

First of all what is your TP for CIMB ? If you assume it can go up to RM5.60 (let say), the upside is RM1.00. Since conversion ratio is 4, C12 should be up 25 sen.

TP = 16 + 25 = 41

If you assume CIMB can go up 50 sen, TP = 50 / 4 + 16 = 28.5

And so on...

The above calculation is correct for now. As we draw closer to expiry in March 2017, the sensitivity will decline to reflect lower conversion premium

I bought mother and C12 on 1 to 10 basis

you can be less aggress and buy based on 1 to 5 (namely for every mother share, buy 5 C12 to augment it)
