I opine forthcoming months, this counter would be ok. 1) No more 3% tax on foreign sourced income at least until 2026. 2) No more withdrawals from account 1 under i-lestari , etc... 3) stamp duty with a cap of RM1,000.00 although an increase of 0.05% to 0.15% opine still ok for institutions and big players.

5.6% divi at today's price still ok, above EPF annual rate. Hopefully 2022 will pay more cos EPF need to get more from MBSB to pay members better returns.

This counter will not LU unless EPF wants to make it fly cum excellent quarter after quarter. EPF want to squeeze it for divi to pay members as an objective. This is going to be a dull counter. Want more fun go to speculative counters.

At some point within this 4 months before converting MBSB to MBSB Bank, they will have to hype up the price to make it relevant to the market price of bank shares....they might also do a consolidation...like from 4:1 ...

I hope the last QR has already factored in all the technical losses due to the moratorium and back in the black for the last Qtr....with write backs and etc....the full year report will be in historical high earnings for MBSB I think. This counter is preparing to move higher back in the RM1.00 and above.

MBSB's scenario have the tendency akin to RHB and Bank Utama which finally EPF bought over 100% of RHB and listed under the name of RHB Bank. Opinions from history.
