TRY TO MAKE IT ATTRACTIVE SO EVERYONE WILL SUBSCRIBE THE DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT SCHEME. INVESTORS SHOULD STOP SUBSCRIBING SO THAT EPF ENDED UP IT HOLDING FROM 64% TO 80%.

SHOULD CHOOSE DIVIDEND.... IF WE SUBSCRIBE SHARE, NO CASH OUTFLOW FROM MBSB TO INVESTORS. ADDITIONAL SHARES NOT WORTH. BETTER GET CASH AND DECIDE HOW.
