Look like they wan to maintain the price at 0.895, they wan to collect more at that price? I don know. From the last few weeks can see that almost transaction done with 50,000 unit.

Gonna break RM1 by the end of next month after releasing the quarterly result...expect this quarterly result to be damn good...

Soon Nylex will above a RM1.00,I bot some at 82c when Symlife is 89 cents, even on 13th April 2017 I said both r around 90 cents but now Nylex about to touch first RM1.00.. I know symlife is very slow motion will take time, When symlife reach RM1.00, Nylex might RM1.20++

In FocusMalaysia yesterday, it is confirmed that there are 230 bookings for Union Suites, mostly on the smaller size units. It says that S&P would be signed this week. It is 1/3 of the total units. Let say all the bookings managed to be converted as sales, that would be RM160 million of unbilled sales (assuming the smallest studio price of RM700,000)
