SINCE MRCB HAS BEEN CALLED TO HELP GOVT BY PIMPING CASH FOR BKT JALIL STADIUM GOVT IS NOW REWARDING MRCB WITH MORE LUCRATIVE CONTRACTS AS A FORM OF COMPENSATION AND REWARD.

RI EVEN IF IT IS CALLED IS NOW A POSITIVE PRIVILEGE.

WHY IS IT SO?

ANSWER:

FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO INVEST MORE THROUGH RIGHTS ISSUE WILL BE A HANDSOME REWARD AT THE END OF THE DAY.

COUPLED WITH THE INNECCESSARY SELL DOWN OF MRCB SHARES IT NOW PRESENTS US AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO BUY MRCB SHARES EVEN CHEAPER THAN INSIDERS BUYING PRICE OF RM1.30

AND AT CURRENT CLOSING PRICE OF RM1.17 ISN'T IT A 10% DISCOUNT TO ESOS OF RM1.30

IF INSIDERS HAPPILY EXERCISED ESOS AT RM1.30 AREN'T WE LUCKY NOW TO BUY EVEN CHEAPER THAN THEM?

5 cents is nothing. For MRCB to offer RI at RM1, it must go back up to 1.57++. Now it only can offer 0.75-0.8 with such price.

What is the cost of subscribing to RI? Is it like how we normally been charge when purchasing normal stock (brokerage fee, stamp fee, tax and etc) ? or not?

the last time i subscribed the RI for another counter is.. filled in a bunch of documents.. prepared check or money draft and posted it using post laju.. can't remember the details.. only remember the process is troublesome

my experience with RI was simpler since I'm using Maybank Investment. They settled for me. I just need to ensure my trading account has sufficient amount for the RI and the bank representative called me to confirm my subscription and informed me of the total amount needed.

I didnt fill any forms or post any documents.

4444, that is TP after ex price. Ex price now theoretically would be lower than RM1 if the price fixing is based on current traded price.

Kenanga always do such thing to ensure that the warrants wont be able to recover at all. This means that C15 has been checked mate by Kenanga. They have use such approach and Bursa always approve it. Kenanga is really cunning and a daylight robber.

Come tomorrow they gonna offer RM0.015 - 0.02 and keep throwing the C15. No one in their right mind would pay RM0.15 for the new issues. There are q for 0.02 and 0.015 today and tomorrow all these q would be fulfilled. Just watch and see.
