Before GE14 market uncertain, local and foreign funds money would not flow in big cap and mid cap stock .because everybody scare buy high losses money . before election government funds just only support index linked counter make stock market stable to make good atmosphere for Najib election.In this few month expect Funds manager money would flow out in bigcap and midcap stocks and will short selling midcap stocks for make money so now no prospects cannot buy and hold .
Market money will flows in cheaper stock This is a opportunity in small cap cheaper stocks. sharks now start goreng lows price stock at bottom..

You must know between price and Value

DRB high was Rm1.86 & MRCB high was Rm1.80

After RI of 79 sen the new average price =

Rm1.80 + 79 sen = 259 divides by 2 = 129.50 sen

If new warrant trades at 40 sen

So 40 divides by 5 = 8 sen

129.50 sen - 8 sen = Rm121.9

If warrant trades at 30 sen

So 30 divides by 5 = 6 sen

So adjusted price is 1.29.5 minus 6 sen = Rm1.23.5 sen


If warrant trades at 20 sen

Adjusted price

= 129.5 sen - 4 sen = Rm1.255 sen

If warrant trades at 10 sen

Adjusted price will be

129.5 sen - 2 sen = Rm1.27.5 sen

As of today Warrant is 7.5 sen

So 129.5 - 1.5 sen

Rm1.28


SO THE CURRENT PRICE OF MRCB AT RM1.06

is about 18% discount from year high

If adjusted all round up figures will be

1.06 divides by Rm1.28 divides by Rm1.80 = Rm1.49

YESS!

At Rm1.06 the current price (Actual price and Actual Value of MRCB) is only Rm1.49 sen

(Factoring in Real Time & Real Current Price of adjusted mother share and warrant a price at 7.5 sen

Cant calculate in such a way. Those who subscribed to RI has purchased MRCB way above 1.06 before ex date and then have to trade the OR for a week. Only the big funds and the brave actually subscribed to the RI. Their cost alone for RI already at least 0.925. Do you think those who took the risk to subscribe RI and went against the odd when other were afraid would sell for just RM135 profit per share?

Btw, the price wont be adjusted on 3rd Nov as it has been adjusted back on 2nd October 2017. It wont be adjusted for second time for good sake.
