What cheat?edl transfer to plus la, plus will compensate mrcb. Govt will extend concession of other toll own by plus as exchange. Mrcb possessed the right to collect toll for 50yrs with agreement. Pls talk with sense

Myway I begin to suspect why MRCB called for huge RI. It could well be they knew in advance the government's plan for TOLL free EDL which will badly affected MRCB's cashflow.
