艾芬黃氏投行分析員認為，金務大—喬治肯特（GKENT，3204，主板貿服股）—MMC機構（MMCCORP，2194，主板貿服股）財團（簡稱GGM），是捷運3號線總承包商的領跑者之一。

然而，分析員相信，GGM可能和中國交通建設（CCCC）分享總值達450億令吉的總承包商合約。

捷運3號線合約預期將在今年4月頒發，目前尚未知悉頒發給各造的合約價值，而金務大也並未透露其在GGM財團所持有的股權和項目份額。

假設GGM財團贏得50%的合約，金務大則持有財團約40%至50%的股權，預期捷運3號線合約能將金務大的訂單推高90億至113億令吉，高于管理層所設定的60億至80億令吉的目標，同時也符合分析員預測其可在2018-2019財政年擷取150億令吉新訂單。

目前，金務大持有141億令吉訂單，其中73億令吉為土木工程項目，剩餘的68億令吉則是工程執行夥伴（PDP）項目。

與此同時，分析員認為，位于大馬的隆新高鐵基設工程可分為兩個部份，也就是柔佛區和連接吉隆坡的非柔佛區。

柔佛區工程項目可能落在楊忠禮機構（YTL，4677，主板貿服股）─SIPP鐵路公司聯營財團的手上。

至于非柔佛區，則可能由本地兩大財團展開激烈競爭，即是怡保工程（IJM，3336，主板建築股）—雙威建築集團（SUNCON，5263，主板建築股）—JalinanRejang公司─Maltimur資源公司的聯營財團，以及金務大—馬資源（MRCB，1651，主板產業股）的聯營財團。

維持買進評級

這項合約價值預期達350億至400億令吉，預期在今年中旬頒發合約。

如果金務大—馬資源的聯營財團贏得50%的PDP合約，而金務大佔項目的50%股權，那麼其訂單將提高88億至100億令吉。

該分析員認為，捷運3號線和隆新高鐵皆有望改善公司的盈利。為此，重申該股「買進」投資評級，目標價則維持在5.86令吉。

該股今日以5令吉平盤掛收，全天成交量為461萬4600股。

do u even noticed that the so-called news that clown coward calvintaneng gives r old news or that the accounting info r easily obtainable??? he cant even analyze simple financial statement nor any basic knowledge of anything. he dont even know what is hdd and he call a buy on jcy. he dont even know the basics of cpo and he dare to call a cpo price of rm6k/mt by end of last yr.

what sort of value added does he give when i asked him a simple question such as whether mbsb or mrcb is more important to the malaysian economy or whether other major contractors such as ijm/gamuda/yt is better placed to be the main con of hsr or other govt project????

he is not giving any new insights, so do u think he is doing any service?????

Let me tell you all something ... the problem I called you all to sell first because MRCB will sideway for a long time before rebound . It is currently very bearish with under (short term, midterm and long term ) even it's rebound to touch 60MA the life span will be very short. Don't against the Trend. Again the decision is in your hand . If you has no issue to wait for another 4-6 month then go ahead.

You must do this. Holg tight all your MRCB shares & buy even more for these reasons

1) MRCB is GE14 Stock which is still a laggard compared to DRB. Drb already touched Rm2.70 (Calvin's chun chun call). So it is only a matter of time Mrcb will fly up


2) RI was Fully Taken up and more. RI took up exceeded by 7.3% shows Bullishness for MRCB

3) Insiders/Directors ESOS was Rm1.30 & latest at Rm1.07
So far no Insiders/Directors have disposed these ESOS shares as yet. Since price is Rm1.01 we are getting in at Bargain Prices at this level

Last time Calvin's Johor Sifu told Calvin to buy Ptaras Jaya at Rm1.40 because PTaras Jaya Esos was Rm1.90. At Rm1.40 we were buying below Insiders buying price at Rm1.90.

Once should rationale when come to investing ... mrcb each day goes lower and there is no one come and support the price ! Is there possible a good news in short term ? No point to argue who (Gamuda-MRCB) or (IJM-Suncon) will get PDP for HSR. All here is speculation only. Every investor has his/her own belief. For those who claims has special news & confident where Gamuda-MRCB will not get PDP for HSR, then you should go to buy IJM-Suncon faster to earn big money.
