...IT IS a known fact that there is a lack of interest in Malaysian stocks.
Something seriously needs to be done, especially when Malaysia is already considered a marginal market.... star...Another stockbroker opines that there is a lack of appropriate, timely and decisive action to protect the public.
All know facts. No proper actions on listed companies. Who interested for long term?

The real problem is most Malaysian companies are linked to politicians and government. Some are having almost monopoly advantage yet they suck big time. They survive by hiking price to a shady service and product, not to mention bailouts in 4 to 5 years..

KLSE must do a spring cleaning and flush out useless companies which are set up to milk people's money. They are non-performers. But the main problem lies with authorities who are in cahoot with these swindlers.

"Don't compare last year epf against 10 years ago". Quite agree but hopefully the remuneration of epf management and those involved in investment were "rewarded" in an appropriate way too. Perhaps disclosure is one of the ways for a better nation. Perhaps remunerations should be disclosed by all financial authorities, all statutory bodies and GLOs too amidst many poors are still around, fx rate keep on weakening etc. Shared prosperity mission must be meaningful to also minimize income discrepancies instead of shared the most by authorities.

Est harapan is gone most probably as value of majority may have changed. In addition, it is also more than politic per se, ie not just opposition wants them to lose but also others. If already agreed previously on certain date to handover pm, the current condition will not happened at all. Of course, when come to politic, few can be trusted as power and money prevail, even at the expense of changing value belief of future generations.

This stock only takes buy, sell commission, listing fees. ...as its income. Oil price, exchange rates have little effect. Whether we panic buy or panic sell, it stands to gain.
A good stock for long term.
