Below is the summary of the meeting.
According to MSWG analysis using Black Scholes model calculation, PJDev-WC should value at 1.57 and OSKProp-WC should value at 2.00. The offer by OSKH is even < 50%. Hence it is not a fair takeover, hence all minority shareholders are told to reject the offer.
These 2 stocks are good FA stocks, at such a low price of takeover, the minority shareholders will lose confidence on Bursa because any takeover is only favour major shareholders.
The minority shareholders want MSWG to bring up this case to SC and Bursa to force OSKH to offer a better price if OSKH is really interested to takeover these 2 company.

If this meeting outcome is published in news that will really help the minority shareholders' cause ... most important is to get the news out to create more awareness. At the same time OLH has to also defend reputation ....

Gogorock of course it is. Gearing is used to calculate high potential either gain or lost. I suggest you also read what is premium in context of warrant price whether cheap or expensive. Then you can comment with good degree

Wonder why OTB sifu never warn you guys about this type of gearing ? Of course when bullish market, high gearing is good as it mean high potential gain but when bearish in sentiment it is also reverse. This is the problem when ppl are too fixated with their own interest. Worst some even talk without understanding.

The gearing example I gave gives a preview of mileage need to get to the mother share however the premium gives you a preview of the how cheap is the warrant. The lower the premium means cheaper warrant. In the same way mother was quite stagnant while the warrant was zooming much ahead.i remember when mother was stagnant at 1.57 warrant already zoom pass 70cents even looking from layman without calculating we know base on the offer of 1.60/60 mother/warrant it is moving too fast without a concrete offer. I scratch my head why some so called experts continue to ask ppl to buy. Don't get me wrong, you can buy but moderately and not the way these siow joker are promoting.
