Canbuyla: most of the time big players, no matter who they are, don't paint the correct picture. They tend to paint " the opposite picture". Have to be careful and watch where you are going.

In the market place it is like finding yourself in the jungle with wild animals all around you but you can't see them. You never know which animal will come for your legs, arms, head and body. And soon there is nothing left of you. You go missing, bro!

But it is nice to be in the market if you are seeking some fun out of writing like me but again you have to watch your steps all the time.

Assuming comfort profit drops by 30% this coming qr
Previous profit = 219mil
Estimate profit = 219/1.3 =168m
2nd qr eps = 168m/583m shares
= 29c
Coming new annual eps = 84.08 - 7.34 29 =105.74 = rm1.0574
Price at pe 2 = 1.0574×2=2.11
Pe 2.5 = 2.64
Pe 3 = 3.17

Latest COMFORT annual EPS = 37.75+23.65+15.50+7.34=84.24cent
Share price = RM1.54

Latest quarter EPS = 37.75 cent

Let say, in year 2022-2023, the average profit dropped 75% from latest EPS,
The average EPS per quarter= 37.75 X 0.25 = 9.44 cent

The annual profit in 2022/2023 = 9.44 x 4 = 37.76cent.

Anyhow, most investors still believe the glove ASP is gradually going down, bcs of more sellers than buyers, the share price will gradually going down as well. The valued investors with long term strategy will buy it at averaging down method.

Net profit = YoY = 52.95% ; QoQ = -70.14%


Very high possibility most of the IB will downgrade the upcoming TP...

Keyman188 foresee what the consensus among IB will be revised lower to RM 2.00 ~ RM 2.50

Sad to know that Topglove profit dropped much more than expected, the latest profit was only 30% of the previous quarter one.

Don't need to do averaging down method to buy glove stock anymore. Should stay away first until the end of the downtrend of the glove stock.
