@Sunnyleong...do u know the offer price for the proposed SCR is RM2....that means the share will limit up tomorrow...open straight away RM1.69...u may choose to throw at RM1.69 or u may wait until next Tuesday to sell at higher price....faham bo?

trading plan is simple

if buy on cash
can chase all the way to 1.90
if drop back to 90 sen due to failure no big deal coz lose capital by half
its ok


if on margin
1.30 is already fair value, thats why price stopped there
want to take open window/charcoal risk can try buy up to 1.50

no need to think so much one.

For those who bought at low price can enjoy watching the show, this tricks call 1 Stone Kill 2 birds, use market fund to push up the price, i have gt 65% profit for 2 round on this counter, tomorrow is a bonus if limit up, but I won't chase it.

For the minority, it is in their best interest to see the proposal successful. If it fails, the price will likely to fall back prior to the announcement. In this instance, what i3lurker said is sadly quite true. No contending offer will happen as the current offerer has absolute control of MMC. If this exercise fails, minority will get nothing to gain but losses.

Don't ever try to be greedy. Best to move on looking for other undervalued stocks which currently quite a number exist. Choose an undervalued stock, make some money and repeat the process and you will be on the way to prosperity. Current pandemic offer good opportunity to those who are clear headed.

However, I know from investlah forum that years ago, some ppl assumed that the 2.26 support from 2010 to 2014 would not break & bought quite a bit in the 2.00-2.20 range. The SCR not high enough to bail these ppl out!

The worst thing that can happen to MMC when the free float is less than 25%, it will be delisted from Bursa and the minority shareholders will get completely trapped !
