You can dream about getting your hands on that land because when kbunai gets delisted after PN17, the owner will grab all the land. For example.. fountain view used to have a huge tract of land in much better location, over 4000 acres of land in Puncak Alam Shah Alam,
When Fountain View was delisted, none of the land were sold to be given back to shareholder, even after nearly 10 years, shareholder still gets nothing. If those land are sold, easily pay back every single creditors and plenty of balance to share. But instead, Shareholder cant recover their money in fountain view shares, cant do anything with their inevested money in fountain view,
That is PN17 and delisted. Kbunai is going the same direction with their continued losses.

Kota Masai of Focal Aims was sold down to 11 cents in Year 2009. Later Ecoworld took over Focal Aims at RM1.40. Ecoworld shares continue to surge almost near RM5.00 - up 4,500%.

I only remember those corrupt directors of Fountain View were fined RM2.3 millions for fraudulent trading. And Fountain View owned some really lousy lands in Ijok. That's Why Buying Companies like KBunai, Mui Bhd or Mulpha We Need HIGH NTA. High NTA Is Provide A Margin of Safety. THE MORE ITS NTA THE MORE THE MARGIN OF SAFETY.
Some Camels Have 2 HUMPS Instead of One.
For Consumer Staple Stocks Like Nestle There is NO NEED For High NTA. Then Where is the Margin of Safety for Nestle.
In Milo Of Course. More than 90% of Malaysians prefer Milo over Ovaltine. And same for MAGGIE MEE. These Perennial Daily, Hourly and Sales by the Minute of MILO & MAGGIE ARE THE MARGIN OF SAFETY IN NESTLE.
It's like this.
You live Near a Well, Pond or Lake.
Or You Live Beside A BIG RIVER Like the Nile River. Or The Amazon River.
Either way you have A Margin of Safety.
Kbunai has a margin of safety in its highly undervalue assets still at Old Book Value. If just disposing the Bkt Unggul near Sepang all the debts will be taken care of with lots to spare.
Now the 2nd point. LAND BANKING
In year 2007 to 2014 I have seen more than 10,000 houses in Iskandar.
Especially in Year 2007 to 2008 I saw these going for auction at JB High Court. Really Dirt Cheap Prices
1) One 10,000 Sq Ft High Top Bungalow in Bkt Dahlia going at RM220,000 2) One Duplex Condo in Ockville Bandar Sri Alam. Price RM79,000. Original cost RM500,000 3) 2 Units Sri Alam Condo sold for RM50,000 each (Today over RM300,000) 4) One Corner House with 4,484 sf land in Jalan Undan Taman Perling going for RM240,000 5) 2 Acres Land in Ulu Tiram for RM50,000 (About 57 cents per sq ft) 6) 2 Acres of Land in Jln Kuching at RM120,000 in Gelang Patah. Now worth RM2 millions 7) 8,000 sq ft land in Jln Belimbing, Kota Masai auction for RM40,000. About RM5 psf This same type of Bungalow now asking price by EcoWorld is RM45 psf (Up 900%)
And Many others All at Rock Bottom Prices.
After 7 years I still pass by these assets bought by lucky owners from time to time. And the surprising thing is. These are still left to rot.
These owners are still liable for quit rent and assessment yearly. So they are bleeding losses?
Ha! They don't bother about the losses! Why? What is a few thousand dollars in quit rent when Prices have gone up from 600% to 1,000%?
This is How You Should View Karambunai.

Year 2009 Focal Aims was a miseable 11 cents.
Its Kota Masai plots of lands sold for rm12 psf were auctioned off at only Rm5 psf. Those of us in high court (Jb) thought only sor chai buy those useless lands in Jalan Belimbing area.
Fastforward to year 2014
Ecoworld offered to take over Focal Aims at rm1.40.
Rm1.40 Ecoworld's Liew must be crasy leow?
Wah what a Surprise? Mr. Market gone mad and chased Ecoworld up near Rm5.00!
That's a stupendous change of 4,500% in 5 years! Up 900% yearly.
And then? Today in Kota Masai they are selling lands at rm45 psf.
So the sor chai who bought lands for rm5.00 psf are now reaping 900% gain.
Ha! Those who bought Focal Aims shares for 11 cents are doing far better than those who bought raw land for rm5.00 in year 2009.
Why is it so?
BECAUSE SHARES WERE SOLD DOWN LIKE TRASH in Year 2009 for Focal Aims.
So I have told all to Invest. Invest your hard earned money. No gambling at all.

If you have RM100K to invest. Just buy
1) RM20K in CMSB
2) RM20K in KKB
3) RM20K in WEIDA
4) RM20K in NAIM

alo calvin, Fountain View was suspended in 2007 lah, you look at 2009 annual report already too late, most assets already gone.
Puncak Alam is in Mukim Ijok lah calvin. See people, he don't even know what is mukim ijok, yet he says those land held by Fountain View are lousy. Nearby those land u know is what ? We have high class projects like Sunway Cahaya ( RM 1 million for a link house ). Bukit Jelutong, all nearby.
Those lands are of very high value land, too bad when suspended and delisted shareholders gets nothing. Fountain View land Assets used to be over RM5, share price was only 20sen+ before it got delisted. Wow... everyone think they buy 20sen share but can get back RM4.80 because of lands... but get what now ? nothing.
Lets just face it, kbunai is not interested to make money for shareholders, it is making loss non-stop, trying its best to become PN17 and get itself delisted. Its going down the Fountain View road, it has some lousy assets but it will soon be nothing for shareholders.
