be careful, many of the land acquired are not developing yet. profit is likely to remain shitty for short term so your money could be stuck in this counter for a while

I have checked with the land purchased, mostly in the klang vallley and all are ready for development. Fundamentally, company in net cash position of RM500mil+.. Almost no gearing. It is a very safe heaven stock. Once market sentiment getting better, this is one of GEM stock to buy. FYI, L&G is chosen among the 1st 100 stock under the mid and small cap research scheme (MidS) by BURSA.
