Major shareholders stake increase from 30 - 33 is not much, although I believe they will use proxies. I think the coming results won't be good, but domestic consumption and bank borrowing starting to pick up and property may hit the bottom.
My opinion is it's a bit risky to enter at current price ... the main reason is the average price of the right issue is around 0.21 ... correct me if I'm wrong ..
After the RI, Cash per share is about RM21+ sen with no gearing... I dont see there is spike in QR as the property market has been soft for past 2 years,,, The result will be improving going forward with the coming launching... It is good to accumulate at the current level,,,
Fundamentally this is one of the most under valued property stock... The value will emerge moving forward with the coming launches... In KLSE, U will unlikely to find a stock with cash per share almost trading at the share price and yet almost zero gearing .. Downside is so limited...
