I think mindset is most important. For an investor, profit of company, good dividend pay out, good future and good management should be first priority. Invest like a " partner" in the company we choose. Then we will less "suffer" by daily price fluctuation. My concern is " L&G fulfills the said criteria i am looking for OR not ?

Company didn't do well. Lost 4 million in the final quarter. Only made 32.4 million for the whole year. L&G is unlikely to pay 2 sen dividend again for the financial year ended 31/03/17. Now two sen means 58 million to the company.
