if your heart cannot bear the fluctuation in the stock market, then you might consider other investment instead I think....share price every hike new high only happened in the dream....the substantial holder had converted so many LA into mother...why are you so worry about when it is just drop because of those global economic issue? furthermore the volume is not large.....stay tuned guys~

Fuel price will have a domino effect soon! Public transport (esp Taxis), logistics, school busses, and every other businesses where is heavy on field work will and sales will be again in the spotlight. Once that increase, food prices will hike further. As is consumables esp those fast moving are already increasing periodically towards GST 2015. This is to mitigate the withholding tax esp those std and exept rated.
Towards next week's budget will be interesting to see how the market will react starting 7 Oct since the govt promise it will be a friendly budget to help ease the hike and inflation. Expectation, anticipation and hike will always drive the market and fuel it further.

Very good company in term of earning. Just would like to see EPS for 2nd Qtr. Based on latest announcement total ICULS shares converted is 450 mil shares out of ~600mil shares (>75%) for 2nd qtr compared to only 50mil ICULS converted during 1st qtr financial year.

If EPS per share could stay above 2.5 sen qtrly. then should be very attractive.

Not a good counter to invest. And especially now when property market is at its peak, closer to our Malaysian budget where the gov will introduce more tools to slowdown property development. 2015 won't be a good year for PD, probably it'll only start to improve again in 2017

No earn at least learning...penny stock mostly like this. Past 10 years during 2007 fail due to overspend and wrong investment. This few years grow due to good luck as blooming property. Hold strong cash flow but didnt buy any land bank, unbelievable. 1000 hectares in lembah beringin nothing special due to the location no potential for township development, likely manage as palm oil or other agriculture product. As a conclusion, from previous management change to new management, same mistake repeat, their view are narrow n short..poor management that why reflected on this share. Hope another 2nd major shareholder exist and change all the current director..they are sleeping and didnt do their job.
