Looking back on the timeline of the phase 3 trial and application for approval for mass distribution. If there's any problem with it especially on the safety. We would have already know by now. Now we already on a 30 days countdown to approval announcement. We likely will know the results of the approval by Christmas on 27 December.

BTW lucidity is already our 3rd phase 3 trial. The other 2 phase 3 trial result already announced in 2016 with the same old placebo issues. We may have to do another retrial which will take over 6 years. KNN

Where you get this info from? Produce n sell to who? There is no ongoing trial now so who are those 4mg patients?

I have been Taurx investor since 2004. 4mg MTC first generation formula at 3 times weekly (placebo dose) can give symptomatic effect for 12 months duration only. MCI patients shd start HMTM (2nd generation formula) at 16mg daily. Mild & moderate patients shd take 32mg daily for optimal performance (not tested yet but in discussion). I have been looking at those trial endpoints charts for 20 years already. One look at the charts i know whats happening liow. Taurx lucidity trial has been too conservative on drug dosage. Until now we are still unable to solve placebo issues. We all hope regulators are able to see beyond placebo issues n grant us approvals. There are always planted road blocks by competitors at regulatory levels.

Yes @Balian 4mg MTC formula can definitely work better as a symptomatic drug than aricept. But then again how to make a placebo for this 4mg MTC dose??? and or

Essentially Neurons unable to repair itself resulting in loss of synaptic functions.
