Dear Paperplane 2016, INSAS will not be next bjcorp. As shareholders thus co-owner of the company, it is our responsibility and duty to attend the AGM. Ask the tough questions and help to shape the direction and behavior of the top management. I will tell DATO’ Sri Thong if he can be like TAN Sri Teh Hong Piow, founder of Public Bank who is like and loved by all than no reason for him to behave like TSVT of Berjaya hate and cursed by all.
Based on the above valuation metrics, we can observed both stocks are trading at extremely cheap valuations, and thus presents an attractive investment for investors looking for value.
Both stocks qualify as earnings-based play - low P/E and assets-based play - low P/BV.
A look at their balance sheets, you will notice that there is much hidden value yet to be reflected in their respective share price. For instance, Insas's 20% stake in Inari (latest market cap - RM5,116million) alone translates to RM1.39 per share, above their current share price of 1.02. On top of that, Insas owns Ho Hup (13%), Omesti (10%) and SYF Resources (9%) - all recorded at BV in the balance sheet, in addition to cash & cash equivalents of RM0.72 per share.
yeah .. yeah ... stale bull ... i ask u how u keep count how many staiebull still holding, how many alredi dispose ... why ? they need to report to u before selling or buying aaaa ? Why u make up these kind of c2peed imagination ? INSAS CANTEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKK !!!
linges, I have faith in Insas because the company continues to perform well every quarter. If price drops severely due to external factors like North Korea tension I will add more Insas warrants.
Yes I took profits in June/July at 1.06 and 1.10. But I haven't sold any warrants (22-32 sen) which I hold more than shares (65-67 sen). A few weeks ago added more warrants at 36.5 sen.
Warrant expire in year 2020. Can hold until the price spikes. I bought Masteel but already sold for 20% gain hoping to buy back cheaper but it ran off after the bonus announcement.
