Insas hold 19% of inari based on current inari valuation exceed the whole Insas mkt capitalization. If inari share price to Rm 1.20 it still just equal to insas capitalization mah...!!

Insas Nta is Rm 2.54 v share price Rm 0.77.

Insas has a positive nett cash holding of Rm 300m.

Insas trade at a PE 6.5x loh...!!

Insas pays div yield close to 3% pa loh...!!

This is a very balance & complete margin of safety investment mah...!!

U may do that on an overvalue stock with PE 50x like QL loh but not cash rich insas with PE 6.5x loh....!!

Yesterday Insas volume breached one million shares for the first time in a long time. People who have sold off Insas thinking they could buy back lower have been caught in a nasty surprise. Without doubt someone or a group of people has been accumulating Insas shares. Is the buyer friendly to Dato Seri Thong or hostile? Only time will tell.
