As at 30/09/2021 the report NTA is RM 3.23. I3lurker why the NTA increase by 24 cents when EPS is 4.03 cents?

the reported NTA will exceed RM5.00 per share very soon even if the share price does not.
its already RM2.99 per share last QR so as at today should be RM3.00 ++
of course .... the "actual NTA" already exceeds 5.00 but only a few people like sslee will care

I know the answer why NTA increase by 24 cents when EPS is 4.03 cents.
Inari completed 10 % PP at RM 3.10 and since associate companies are represent in BS as share of net assets of associate companies + goodwill on acquisiti9n.
Hence on Balance sheet associate companies increase from RM 391,690,000 to RM 519,340,000.
On equity reserve increase from RM 122,644,000 to RM 264,183,000.
Hence NTA increase from RM 2.99 to RM 3.23

@ Sslee, Increase in NTA of Insas beyond EPS due to Insas' share of increased post acquisition reserve in Inari following Inari's huge private placement of shares at an issue price way above Inari's NTA which took place in July 2021. Do you get what I am trying to explain?

Inari's private placement of shares was @ RM3.10, way above Inari's then NTA of around 41 sen resulting in an instant enhancement of its NTA to around 65 sen. Insas which holds around 15% in Inari instantly benefited from the enhancement of Inari's NTA following the private placement.

Inari net worth increase from RM 1,371,846,000 to RM 2,361,245,000 from quarter end 30/06/21 to quarter end 30/09/21.

The insas holding of 535,793,575 inari share as at 18 Nov 2021 is not marked to market quoted price

Shareholders will be getting a miserable 2.5% dividend. The dividend rate will never exceed 3.8% that Insas-PB is getting.

If I am not satisfied with the answer then I will say bye-bye to Insas and my trading rule shall applied.

Haha leno it look like after 5 years Insas share price will still remain at RM 1.20 even the NTA is RM 5.00. So leno WC will expired at 29 cents.
And meanwhile my Bplant enjoyed cumulative dividend of 40 cent and share appreciation of 60 cents
