2.) gearing : 2.7X become 2.8 X to 2.6 X to 2.53 X

FY21 Q1: Borrowing = 8.64 billion
Total equity = 3.42 billion

>> Update : PublicInvest Research analyst Nurzulaikha Azali said Bumi Armada’s net gearing of 2.8 times with total debt of RM9.4 billion as at June 2020 remains the key concern. Notably, RM679.6 million in unsecured term loans are due in May 2021, with cash currently at RM849.5 million.

4) Kraken order as mentioned earlier will not profit with the 1.6 bil impairment...if usd down to 2013 when signed the contract x 3.2 ..with X4.2 cuŕrent cost eat up 39% plus currency if x3.2 will be cost 48 % ..compare gross profit 38% ... daily pump investor blood ...ps..kraken cost is usd30 per barrel ..the highest among the 6 fpso..

>>Update : Kraken is built to produce 80,000 bopd , now 47,000 only , then is ard 26,400 only.. Latest is 35,000 in 2020....

Average gross production at the Kraken field in 2020 was 37,518 Boepd was c.5% higher than in 2019 and ahead of the top end of EnQuest's guidance. 


5) India new order will bring revenue rm 300 mil a year ..gross profit 38% is RM 112 MILLION ..but Armada yearly finance cost is rm 528 mil...no project funding .to sell project ownership % to get funding..GRoss profit will be greatly reduce..

6) 2011 relisted..2012 to 2014 make profit..2015 to 2018 make loss ..also make impairment rm 4.4 bil in 4 years..so fishy where r the money gone ??

7) The big boss AK being sue by India government in 2014...and 2015 start Armada make losses..

8) the big boss sue by India government together with Astro ex deputy executive chairman on Maxis money flow to India 5 times more than permitted.how..india minister father n son being sued also on corruption.

9) AK investment in India Aircel rm 25.7 bil go to drain as Aircel is apply insolvency bankrupt with debt rm 11.88 bil ...Aircel had sacked 2000 employee on August'2019..Maxis is Aircel ownership of 74%..

10) Kraken no profit ..high chance is loss..India new order with 38% gross profit is RM 112 MIL..Indonesia n Vietnam FPSO contribution not so great..oms services no more one time big big order of abt rm582 mil.. order down by abt 40% ..JUST finance cost is RM528 MILLION / yr..Admin cost is abt RM 110 MILLION /yr.

11 new ) 25/9/2020 Armada has bagged 2 contracts from India's company a total of RM 2.06 billion over 10 years for Armada Sterling FPSO in Mumbai .. JV company : India company 51 % , Armada 49 % .. Profit to be share 51 : 49 ..

Aiyoyo Mike still talk about 2019. I just trade Armada betting on good q3 result and IBs upgrade again.

Expecting better earnings ahead. We revise our earnings expectations higher, incorporating the good set of 2QFY21 results with higher contribution from the JV. While earnings from its FPSO segment is expected to remain stable with steadier performance from FPSO Kraken and Olombendo, we see improvement in its OSV segment in terms of utilisation and profit margins given its efforts in disposing the laid-up vessels. Two vessels were disposed during the quarter with the balance 14 vessels remaining, of which six vessels are ready for sale. Net gearing reduced by 47.4% to 1.9x from 2.8x a year ago, reflecting its sturdy operational performance particularly from its FPSO segment.
