Later I sold all the Insas- WC and Insas-PB and bought Insas that result in me holding 2+ million Insas share.

Post backdoor listing of M&A via SYF will enable M&A to raise its corporate profile, its future equity and debt funding requirements through the financial and capital market independently from Insas Group.
Hence post RTO Insas should have more than enough free cash to reward shareholders with better dividends.
