Hope another party is interested to bid for Insas so that the share price is not depressed all the time.
The share price is being depressed for > 10 years.
The share price of Insas should be like the share price of Inari, at least reflects its fundamental.
The share price of Insas below 1.00 is not a fair price, the 4 quarter rolling EPS is 18.16 sen, the share price at least should be equal to 1.82, trading at a PER=10.
My 2 cents comments.

A very good shareholder question during the AGM.
I like to comment endeavor to maintain a dividend range of 2.5% to 3.3% pa but surely as a financial savvy person this dividend should not be based on highly undervalue share price of 88 sen but should be based on Insas NTA of RM3.50 per share as a reference point.

If RM3.50 is a reference point, a FD rate of 3% pa, it will mean Insas should be paying dividend of 10 sen per share and not 2.5 sen.

because insas also got preference shares u dumb head.
that is why i always know insas will not increase dividend for last 3 years and for the next 2 years.
I also never subcribed to wb last time
and so, why do i subribed to wc this time ?

Know those stocks that went limit down these few days have in common?

Insas has good EPS, pay dividend, NAPS RM 3.56 and growth it Net worth every year RM 1,198,048,000 as at 30/6/2014 to RM 2,340,464,000 as at 30/6/2023.

At RM 1.16 insas is still the most undervalued stock in Bursa.

Insas is the case study of a value trap. It hibernates drifting down, goes sideways, drift down, inched up, goes sideways, then one fine day it spikes up and all the experts come out saying it's deeply undervalued and start forecasting target prices that it will not reached as it's a value trap.

Everyone admits that Insas is indeed deeply undervalued and has been deeply undervalued for over a decade. Insas is a classic "triad" category of stock. No one dates to attempt a hostile takeover as it would be risking your life to do so.

@BLee, I have completely exited from Insas a few times before and got back again when price is cheap. I have done for other counters like Affin, KPS many times over and over again. What is certain from my over 30 years of investing in the stock market is that price will always fall back to the level I first bought or even lower.

Some of you guys are funny. Supermax has 2b++ cash... does it mean one should takeover Supermax from Stanley? 2.7b shares at RM1... you're only paying less than 500m for one of the Top10 glove maker in the world.

Insas doesn't goes up because you are using Inari shares holdings which are already PE40~50. Insas core business eps is not that great by itself. So stop saying it's value trap.
