Insas is a counter where we slowly for months accumulate from 75 sen to 85 sen and then wait and wait and wait and wait for the lovely days where price finally spikes above RM1.10 to start taking profits.

Insas-WC last two day. So what is Mike-tikus talk about? Mikecyc Haha Difference of a day Insas WC volume changes : 450,000 to 396,000 … 17/01/2024 8:54 AM
Hope another party is interested to bid for Insas so that the share price is not depressed all the time. The share price is being depressed for > 10 years. The share price of Insas should be like the share price of Inari, at least reflects its fundamental. The share price of Insas below 1.00 is not a fair price, the 4 quarter rolling EPS is 18.16 sen, the share price at least should be equal to 1.82, trading at a PER=10. My 2 cents comments. Thank you.

Posted by Sslee > Jan 17, 2024 8:36 AM | Report Abuse X Leno who hold multi-million WC also do not want company distribute good dividend because dividend give out will dilute the net worth of WC.
The BOD is working hard to give a better dividend but the old man controlling shareholder Dato' Sri Thong object, may be he also see giving out dividend is reducing the net worth of Insas.
By next year BOD will not have any more excuse for not giving better dividend if we the minority shareholders keep pressuring BOD for better dividend.
Posted by Sslee > Jan 17, 2024 8:47 AM | Report Abuse X Many people rebut me for asking a better dividend by quoting Berkshire Hathaway does not pay dividends to its investors. Instead, the company chooses to reinvest retained earnings into new projects, investments, and acquisitions.
They forget Insas just keep cash and poor return on cash keep in bank account. Only lately transfer cash in current account to FD to earn better interest income.
kekekekekek ....keep dreaming for higher dividend. u will get nightmare instead. i personally ask ah thong to give ZERO DIVIDEND, better still if ask shareholder to folk out more money to insas. I also tell ah thong if got one old fellow refuse, then ask him why he willing to folk out more money to conman counter xinquan last time but refuse to give more to good company like insas ?
This year i will represent MINORITY shareholder to ask ah thong to stop giving dividend. Just give more free warrants.
Shoes company keep shoes as inventory Steel company keep steel as inventory Investment company keep what as inventory ? CASH mar .... if no cash how to invest in tech companies in China ? Use cow shit meh ?
the more cash an investment company hold - the more valuable their company become. if oil company struck oil, gold company dig gold, they become rich. Investment company with billions of FREE cash, will strike diamond when crisis come, and they whack everything at cheap price. When opportunity come, like China tech gov initiative launch, u think who China will come ask for help ? U think China will ask that dumb old fellow who invested in xinquan aaa?
so, do cheat own self okay. u want dividend - go invest in dividend company u dont want dividend - go invest in no dividend company u want ciput dividend, and more free warrants - must collect insas lor.
imagine one fellow go invest in PUBLIC bank, then every year write long long letters asking to reduce dividend .... u no feel dumb meh ?
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
